Visiting ESPN Wide World of Sports

Myself and SO (both middle-aged adults) were thinking of visiting ESPN WWoS. How does admission work ? Parking ? If we didn't specifically want to go during a Braves spring training game, is it free to walk around the rest of the place ? We'll be at WDW later this month and will be looking for a few non-park activities. We'll have a rental car (and staying off property ...sniff ... for free anyways).

That helped somewhat. I guess what I'm wondering about the most is ... if we just want to walk around, and maybe grab a bite to eat, do we have to pay an admission fee ?
