View Full Version : It's been 2 1/2 years - what's new/improved in dining?

Just booked a last-minute trip to WDW at the end of February, and scrambling to book my ADRs. While I used to go nearly every year, this is my first trip since Oct. 2008. I'll probably do a mix of counter-service (mostly for lunch) and table service, but prefer fine dining for dinner. (It's an adult-only trip.)
With no trip planned for a while, I haven't been following developments at WDW. (Too hard to do if I can't go!) What's opened up - or changed a lot - since Oct. 2008?

Well we are planning to go to Sanaa. This is one new restaurant. There's also La Hacienda at Mexico in EPCOT. I'm sure there's more but this is where we plan to start. Have never been to these. :mickey:

Oh, Sanaa is at Kidani Village at AKL.

Thanks for the helpful replies. Both Via Napoli and Saana look interesting. I see there's a new Mexican restaurant at Epcot, too.

La Hacienda de San Angel is the new Mexican restaurant in Epcot. I have not eaten there yet and I have read mixed reviews about it. But if you get in seating room #3, the view of the lake during the fireworks looks awesome!
