Is there a number to call to get help for eating at disney if you have celiac disease?

Are you looking for assistance with quick service meals or table service meals?

If you make advanced dining reservations at table service restaurants, you should note your needs on your reservation. My understanding is that the chef will often come out to consult with you to ensure your dietary needs are met.

I'm not quite sure how this might work for quick service restaurants.

You can go to Guest Services at the front of each park and ask about Gluten Free Quick Service dining options. They should have a sheet to hand to you that lists QS locations that offer Gluten Free items. When you get to the places, you can then ask which items, specifically, would meet your needs.

Also, note that there is a new bakery in Downtown Disney, in the Pollo Campero location, called Babycakes. They are an entirely gluten free, vegan bakery, and you will definitely be able to find goodies there!
