Where is Cinderella?

Where the characters are says that she is at "Fairytale Pavilion at Magic Kingdom", but that's not on the map. Where is it?
My daughter loves her but I don't think we want to spend the money for her character meal. I just don't think it's worth it. We ate in Norway last year and I was not impressed.

They are building it in Fantasyland. It's not completed yet.

Currently she meets in Toontown at the MK. Once Toontown closes, she will be relocating elsewhere (most likely Expo Hall on Main Street).
