Night of arrival package

In our planning process, we wanted to surprise our kids with a welcome package in the room. One of the things we wanted was the Mickey graduation ears hat. Does anyone know who to call (Disney Florist?) for the welcome package, and when those graduation hats become available for 2011?

Disney Floral and gifts are wonderful. I have used them a couple of times and they can customize anything for you. They do have some graduation items and some "welcome" packages that include a banner on the door and a banner in the room.
