We'll be traveling with my lovely niece this time around and she is in a motorized wheelchair.

We need a list of rides that are accessable for a large chair and she can not be transfered.

She'll also be able to go on buzz lightyear's space ranger spin, they have a separate car with a ramp that she can roll right into.

Oh thank you for that info on Buzzz. My sis in law said they rode that last time several years ago but now it shows you must transfer. Have you seen that car for sure recently?

Buzz definitely does have a wheelchair car - we used it in this past Thanksgiving (Nov 2010.) The list in this thread is not complete for standard wheelchairs. Not sure how large the chair you are using may be (ours are not motorized) - but there are other rides our standard chairs ride easilt -- including the boat rides Small World at MK and Donald's Mexico ride in Epcot. At the Studios - Midway Mania and the Great Movie Ride accomodate standard sized chairs. I've seen child sized electric on Midway Mania and think it can handle adults (Great Movie Ride is a tight fit - so size matters on it.) Maybe this list is just out dated - as it includes Galaxy Palace Theater and the Toontown houses which are closed.

Thanks so much for the info. Now I only wish we had pulled the trigger a few weeks earlier so we could have got the free dining! :(

GMR depends on the vehicle. Some vehicles only fit a standard push chair or a small power chair. But then there are other vehicles that fit an EVC (along with the others) on it.

I know the It's a Small World at Disneyland had a Wheel Chair boat. Haven't been to WDW recently though to know if they have one on their version. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
There were 1-2 rows in the front of the boat for the non wheel chair guests in the group and the rear of the boat was a flat surface at the same level as the boarding platform that a wheel chair could simply roll right on to.
I seem to remember going under a somewhat low bridge (while on the ride) on the WDW version which might complicate this arrangement, but it's been a few years and think IASW has had a refurb or 2 since then, one of which I seem to think reversed the entrance/exit.

Like I said, try and find out about this one, don't quote me on it for WDW.

Once upon a time, ECVs were allowed on Energy, but last year we were told only manual chairs are allowed now. They will loan you a chair for the ride, but must transfer without assistance from a CM.
DW and I are both ECV users, so we can no longer do Energy.
