fastpasses during evening EMH

Can a FP obtained during regular park hours be used during evening EMH? This of course is assuming the unwritten allowance of using FPs beyond their return window. Just curious!

Yes. I was at Epcot for EMH on Friday, and FP's were still available for Mission:Space.

Usually. Someimes they close the fastpass lane.

If FastPasses are not being issued for return times during EMH, then the return line is usually shut down after the last FP expiration time. It takes at least three CMs to staff the FP return line, so there is no cost effective reason to keep the line open after all FP return times have expired. Therefore the "late return rule" doesn't help you here.
