2011 Vacation Planning DVD

I received my 2011 Vacation Planning DVD and had packaged this up with some other Disney related items to present to my son for his 9th Birthday this weekend. As I was packaging thing together, I looked inside the envelope and found some WDW info pamphlets but no DVD. I am not angry or upset as I realize that mistakes happen all the time (even at Disney) but do you think that if I were to order another one, that they would send it out to me? I belive that you can only get one per year but maybe I can get a friend or family memebr to send out for one and I can have it.

Looks like I'm going to postpone the WDW trip surprise for a couple weeks regardless. :mickey:

What a bummer! I'm sure if you called them and explained there was no DVD they would send you another one. And if not, asking a friend to order one is sure to work!

I agree. I have helped several friends order DVDs in previous years.

In the past, they let you order more than one. In 2005-2006, I ordered 7! I don't even remember why I felt like I needed that many :blush: But now I just stick with 1 every year so I don't know if you can still order multiple copies. I'm sure if you explain that the disc is missing, they won't have a problem with it.
