Rides accessible without transferring from power chair

Does anyone have a list of rides that are accessible with a power chair for each of the parks? My mom has MS and can't transfer out of her chair. She and my dad will be meeting up with us on our upcoming trip and the kids want her to do as many rides with us as possible. I know she can do small world, but I honestly don't know about any others. They've never gone to AK before and she'd like to do the safari if possible.

Yes, they have a separate Safari Bus for passengers who cannot transfer. Other rides that come to mind are the Great Movie Ride and Toy Story Mania at DHS.

MK- Buzz Lightyear, CoP, Tiki Room, Carpet ride, Jungle Cruise, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Small World, Winnie the Pooh

Epcot- American Adventure, Ellen, Captain Eo (I believe Figment)

Studios- Great Movie Ride, Toy Story, American Idol, MuppetVision, Voyage of the Little Mermaid

AK- Safari, Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo, Bug's Life

(These are just off the top of my head)

I'm pretty sure there are boats on Living with the Land that can also accomodate a chair.
