ESPN Weekend help needed

We just surprised the family with a Disney vacation and we arrive on the Saturday of ESPN weekend. My SIL is a huge sports fan and cannot wait to attend the activities. Saturday we don't arrive until 5:30 so I'm not sure what will be left to do then. Also, what activities are there on Sunday of the weekend. Anyone that has attended, how was it? I was able to change most .ADRs to be there all Sunday but I wasn't sure if it was worth it to do. Thanks for any help.

Thanks. I didn't realize it was that big of an event. Im sure SIL will love it. It is also his first time to Disney. Wish us luck.
