Our next trip is the 3rd week in January 2011. We have our dinner reservations made, but still notice that two of the places that are normally included in the Dining Plan still aren't showing on the most recent DDP listing; Teppan Edo and San Angel Inn. When/if would they appear? Am I still checking too soon? Should I wait until after January 1 to check again? I'll need to get alternate places lined up if they don't get on that list.
