Crowd levels late Feb-Early March?

Thinking about taking a short trip to disney either the final week of February or First week of March. How are the crowds?
Im used the the "empty" parks in september after all the kids are back in school.

I have read online that crowds are very low during this time, but then there is a massive spike in the crowds as Spring Break kicks in early march.

Any tips?

March 8th is Mardi Gras. I've heard that Mardi Gras can really affect the crowds in WDW. We know many, many families (ourselves included) that are arriving March 3rd to take advantage of free dining, and will be there through the following week. I'd expect crowds to be moderate at least.

Well, Presidents' day will be on February 21st. I'd expect that week to be very crowded. From that point though Easter I'd expect at least moderate crowds - some weeks will be better than others. Easter week will also be very crowded.

Early February is a less crowded time to go.
