OBC for transferred ressies?

Does anyone know of TA's that do OBC for transferred ressies? I know in the past when we've booked first through the TA, we've usually gotten about $50 OBC. But I just read that due to DCL's reduction in commission, TA's are paying out anywhere from nothing to lesser amounts for transfers now (especially for us shorter day, lesser category peeps). Anyone hear of any offers?
