We are trying to take advantage of the free dining. We are debating between beginning of March or Memorial day. We are leaning more toward Memoiral day May 27 - june 3, but I am a little worried about the crowds. Is it crazy busy? We usually go in the beginning of May. Thanks!:mickey:

If you're concerned about crowds, early March would be your better bet. Memorial Day is pretty crowded. Of course, it's always crowded now and Disney knows how to deal with crowds, but crowds will probably be a little lighter in early March due to the lateness of Easter this year. On the downside, if you want "free" dining you're already inside the 180 day ADR limit for March, which might make it hard for you to get in the places you want.

We've found Memorial Day weekend to be manageable though crowds are beginning to pick up at that time of year as schools are beginning to release for the year.

Make sure you get the dining plan if you go for memorial day weekend...as they start charging the 5% sur charge for table service meals...

We went a few years ago...and did four parks on that Sunday and had two table service meals, and rode four major rides in each park...and lived to talk about it...and no early or late hours...boy were we tired...it was a challenge on one of Disney boards...can't remember which one.

We didn't find it that crowded...it was the year toy story opened in the studios.
