Free Quick Service to basic DDP?

If there is an offer for the free quick service DDP, can you upgrade to the basic DDP (snack, qs and ts)? If so, does anyone know how much the upgrade charge costs?

You can upgrade to the regular table service dining plan, we did. It costs $10 per person per night, $2 more per child per night.
