July 4 at California Grill

Does the California Grill still do a special dining event on July 4? If so, how far in advance can ressies be made? What was the cost? Also, can the event part of the dining plan? We went a number of years ago and really enjoyed the event.

They did have a reservation only event much like New Years Eve, It was pricey, but most enjoyable, but they did not continue it this year? No reasoning was given as I Called many times on this issue. It was never part of the dining plan, but it included all you can eat and drink-(yes anything you could order from the bar as well) all night long, the kitchen was open to all to walk thru and taste different offerings from each section. Live Entertainment, magic shows, palm readers, Cast members from Hollywood Studios, as well as minnie and mickey, pluto, and more danced and spent the entire night with us, quite a special event
