Is anyone having trouble renewing FL pass online

Is anyone one having trouble taking advantage of paying your pass in 12 monthly payments for the Florida resident ONLINE? It states "There are no more tickets available on this website...".

Don't know about that but I've been fighting the new reservation system all week trying to make dining reservations for our spring visit and can only do 1 day at a time. Staff at DVC and Dining Reservation center are at their wits end trying to help me!

I sent an email to disney a few months ago about renewing the AP with the monthly payments. The email I received back said you have to go to guest relations in order to renew with payment plan.:mickey:

You can go to guest relations, BUT you can renew online. Disneyworld.com/passholder is where you can go. However, it does not work. I just returned and at Epcot they said renew online. Boy, did they pass the buck!
