Rate my Ressies, Please.

I have 4 night DDP. I wanted to shake it up and have an eclectic dining experience. I have these booked so far. Just wondering if I am doing the right thing here. I have only eaten at one of these before.
In this order starting on Sunday night:

Les Chefs de France
Captains Grille
Sanaa
La Hacienda de San Angel (ate here before)

The only one I've tried is Le Chefs de France and I can say we had a most excellent meal in this establishment a couple of months ago.

Sanaa was the best meal of our last trip. The food was amazing, and the giant glass windows offered an incredible view of animals.

There's a view? I had heard the food was good. A view? Oh my, I booked an 8:45pm seating because AK had EMH that night. Should I try for an early dinner? Say 3-4pm?

Sanaa is one of our favorite places to eat. If you want to see the animals I would suggest an earlier seating. Or you can go out to the firepit lookout before dinner and see them. Either way you won't be disappointed.
