Halloween Balloons

Can anyone tell me the price of the Halloween balloons at Magic Kingdom? I'm trying to help my daughter budget (she's 7, and her money doesn't last long without one) and she really wants one of these balloons. They're the one's with the white Mickey head balloon inside the clear balloon, and they glow and change color. Thanks so much! :mpumpkin:

I don't know for sure but I recall the regular balloons being expensive. I would say at least $20 if the light up.
