Painting over epoxy floor

Hi,
My sister has been asked to paint a logo at the animal shelter that she volunteers floor. It will be painted on the floor and the floor will be epoxy.

She has no idea if it is ok to use acrylic paint over the epoxy and if it will stay.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I know you can't use latex or acrylic over epoxy . . . it'll peel . . . but not sure what you can do exactly to fix that up.

I strongly reccomend she stop by her local paint store and ask their advise. (Sherwin Williams is great for this.)

I would ask at a real paint store (not Home depot, big box type place). I love my Benjamin Moore counter guys, those guys really know their paint!
