changing ADR's

Have you found it easier to adjust ADR's online or by phone? I am trying to adjust two of mine and have not found much success online, which is how I made most of them? Just Curious on how others have fared. :mickey:

To adjust online you have to cancel the old and make the new. It's probably easier to adjust on the phone. WDW's online system is down for a couple of days, anyway.

Actually, I was able to book an ADR for the same time as another one. I would book it, and then I'd go back and cancel the previous ressie. If you're not getting ressies online, it's because it's there either out, or the the service is out of commission like it is today.
