Golden Oaks is a resort community which will consist of luxury single-family homes. It's just past Port Orleans at the intersection towards Fort Wilderness.

Okay, thank you, I saw when they were clearing the land last year, but never knew what it was. It would be wonderful to own a home so close to Disney. Thanks for your help everyone....:mickey:

Those kennels should be about done...we were there in June and the building was up (mostly) ..... my guess is they should already be done !!! Hopefully the howling dogs aren't heard at night by me at POR !!:thumbsup:

it has been open for at least 1 1/2 months. When we were at lost & found during the last week in Aug. (the building containing the old kennels near TTC), they were moving all of the kennel's office furniture/computer eqiupment over.
