Is it true that you HAVE to go to the airport three hours before your flight leaves? What if the flight is at 8:30am...you'd have to leave at 5:30am?? Yikes!

Unfortunately it's true. Basically you have a "reservation" on ME 3 hours before your flight. If you miss that bus, there may not be another bus, or an available seat, if one does show.

Better get to bed early. :blush:

Also, resorts share ME so your resort is probably not the only stop.

Yes ~ it is revoltingly true.

Our airline has 7am flights out and we end up being picked up at 3am (ugh) and deposited at the airport before the counter agents are even there.

No line ups for security though . . . . :D

1) MEARS will not guarantee your flight if not pickup up 3-hrs ahead of time.
2) You can always schedule a later bus.
3) But, if you miss the flight, you are on your own.

NOTE: I have had people INSIST they can make the flight and wanted a later bus. MEARS did accommodate them. In one case, I saw the same guests five hours later asking to stay another night. Turns out there were three more stops at WDW hotels before heading to the airport. Some people will simply not listen . . .
