food & wine festival and snack credits?

is it possible to use snack credits for the tapas they serve during the festival?

When we went last year all of the food items at the F&W booths could be purchased using snack credits - even the ones that were more than $4. So, don't waste those snack credits on a bottle of water when you can use it for a $7 lobster roll!
We're looking forward to doing the same this year!
