Bus Transportation & the Wine & Dine 1/2 Marathon

Anyone else running the Wine & Dine 1/2 Marathon that's not staying at a host hotel? How are you planning your transportation. I was told by a Cast Member at Wide World of Sports that if you're not at a host hotel you need to find your own transportation, which I guess seems like a taxi.

This seems like it will be a big hassle for the after party which lasts until 3am.

Do taxis there tend to take credit card? Or would you just pay cash?

Buses should be running to your resort after the marathon. I am not sure where this starts, but resort to resort is fastest by taxi.

Unfortunately there won't be a bus to Kidani.:( We were told that buses would only be running to Beach Club, Boardwalk and I believe it was one of the All-Star resorts.

So it doesn't seem that Disney transportation is an option.
