last January the wife and i planned a 25th wedding trip solo to WDW  She broke her foot 2 days before we were supposed to go so we canceled the trip

we booked the trip through disney and the airline was airtran. when i canceled the trip the csr said that i would have a credit on airtran if i flew from the same city before November, the credit would only be around 100 dollars or so after the ticket change fees.

i just bought tickets on airtran for a trip in october so my question is since i didnt book it through WDW travel is there a way to apply my credit towards the tickets i just bought? or would the hassle of trying to do that if it is even possible be worth it?

I would talk to AIRTRAN immediately. They did a lot for me in a similar situation. The sooner the better though. They might have to cancel and get all new tickets to use the credit. I mentioned the credit After the new purchase and they went thru hoops to redo it and apply it.
