Wow Very colorful. It looks like it is going to a Value. Is that correct?

Wow Very colorful. It looks like it is going to a Value. Is that correct? I believe so, but I don't think pricing info has been released yet. The majority of the rooms will be family suites. I think the resort details were announced here: http://www.intercot.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=170597&highlight=animation

That looks awesome! The buildings don't look as though they're planned (in this picture) with exterior corridors like the other value/moderate resorts. Could it be this value resort has interior hallways?!?!

I wish they'd had this on my last trip. My kids love Nemo, but they're starting to slowly grow out of it. By the time it's built and we can get back, they may not like Nemo at all.

WOW! That is really cool. Might require at least a one night stay to check it out in person.

Aren't they building this where the abandoned Pop Century area is?

Yes, this will be on the other side of the lake where the abandoned years were.

As for pricing, do not think that this is going to be an inexpensive alternative. More than half the rooms will be family suites. This will be in line with the prices of the family suites at the All Star resorts. It may be more cost efficient to have 2 value rooms still.

We are DVC members and rarely stay outside of the DVC villas now. My dd's however would love to stay here. Maybe we'll just have to resort hop here or stay in a suite. Looks and sounds great!

When I was driving up Victory Way Friday -- I noticed that they had put up signs marking construction entrances -- so work must be going on.

Thanks
