I just checked in online, we are staying at OKW using a friend's DVC points.

We are purchasing the DDP, but don't see that we have paid for it while checking in online.

Does that need to be done when we arrive at the resort and BEFORE we get our Key to The World Card? Or has it automatically been taken care of since I submitted a credit card #?

From discussion in the vacation club forum, it sounds like you'd pay for it upon check-in. Perhaps the owner can check with member services for you - to be sure you're noted as wanting to have the dining plan?
