New Years Eve

Does anyone know of anything special for new yEARS eve in any of the parks? A few years ago, I was at a special party at Hollywood Studios and it looks like Epcot might stay open until 1...it can not be with extra magic hours as I am not staying on site. I am looking to take a group after a special diner that evening.

There are street parties and special parades at MK with Fantasy in The Sky special fireworks at midnight.
It will be MAX CROWDED, and will probably reach capacity, so plan to get there early or you may not get in.
