My first Welcome Home

I had my first Welcome Home yesterday. While at Disneyland yesterday, I finally took the plunge and am a DVC owner at the Grand Californian Villa's. I saw them on a tour back in April during an event. They are sooooo nice.

I didn't get a lot of points, but it is enough for now. GCV is in the last phase, so I won't be able to add on there, but I can always get another Home resort:)

I am sure I will have tons of questions down the road. So glad I have you all to call on.:mickey:

We are also new owners, we purchased at Grand Californian last May and are looking forward to our first stay in November and then going to WDW in January.

First question????
I only got 100 points. I will get another 100 points March 2011.

I want to book AKL club lever at the 7 month mark which will be in Jan 2011 for August 2011. Will it be hard to get? Do I have to wait to get the additional 100 points?
