Park Tickets (Online vs. Disney Store)

Is it the same price to buy tickets at my local Disney Store as it is to buy them directly from Disney World's web site? Or, are there advantages to buying them online (no sales tax, etc.)?

Do the Disney Stores have the different varieties in stock? Or, is their supply limited? I'm looking for an 8-day park hopper.

We're in PA, if that impacts the sales tax issue.
