No it's not available in the park and not available in the resorts except for a few areas mostly near convention facilities.

WiFi is available through your cell phone carrier depending on your service contract and phone.

No WiFi...Disney charges you for internet in your room.

Unless you have it on your cellphone, you will need to pay. I don't agree with Disney's policy on WiFi, I'm just reporting the facts...

Sprint's 4G is only available in Jacksonville and Daytona at this time. No word on when it will be available in Orlando or the WDW area.
