Early arrival at MK

My wife and I will have tickets waiting for us at guest relations this Wednesday. We have an 8:05 a.m. reservation at Crystal Palace and I have two questions I need some help with.
First, what time does the TTC parking lot open and second, what time does the guest relations window outside the park open?

Guest Relations should be open as well as TTC.

We had 8:05am reservations too.....we waited in line for a while and then they let us through the gate at 7:45am and I am pretty sure that guest relations was open way before that.
