The Food & Wine Festival, Oct 1-Nov 1, 2010, paid Culinary Demonstrations and Beverage Seminars go on pre-event sale tomorrow. They always leave a percentage available for the purchase at the festival but if you know for sure you want to attend a specific chef or wine, rum, scotch, whiskey seminar you may purchase them in advance.
Once you have registered it will list times, demonstrator and what main ingredient will be prepared. Naturally the cost has increased this year. Sam Adams is not hosting free seminars this year, rather only 3 or 4 paid 45 minute seminars offering 3 beers to sample.
