Disney Rewards Redemption Card at these Guest Relations

Has anyone ever received Disney Rewards Redemption Card at Guest Relations? The Visa Disney Rewards site says you can get your card by mail or at the park at guest relations windows and a few other spots. I am leaving in 2 weeks just booked a last minute trip and do not want to risk not getting it in the mail in time. Is it really that easy? Disney rewards site says just show Disney Visa and ID and guest relations will issue card on the spot. going to need it before I get in as I am using points for an AP! :mickey: site states:

It is definitely that easy. I picked one up at Guest relations in Epcot one year when I forgot to order it early enough. I just walked in, showed my visa and ID and they gave me a card. Then you have to call and transfer your Disney Dollars onto it. It took a total of five mins. It could not have been easier.

We've done it twice-- once at Downtown Disney and just a month ago at Studios. No problems whatsoever. :mickey:

If you already have the card, will they refill it for you, too?

If by "refill" you mean transfer Disney Dollars to the card, I don't think they have anything to do with that part of it. To get the dollars transferred to your card you must call Chase and they will add them to your card in a matter of moments.
