25th Anniversary -Signature Suggestions

Mrs Mousemates and I will be celebrating :party: our Silver Anniversary in early September for a week at our favorite place and will be splurging a bit on the food budget this time. Our first three evening meals will be at the:

California Grill :monorail: (evening of arrival, in time to watch wishes)

Artist Point :artist: - day two -actual anniversary

Jiko :zebra: - day three

then (in order)

Kona

House of Blues

Via Napoli

Le Chefs De France

We've never dined at any of the first three restaurants and I was hoping for some suggestions (appetizer, meal, dessert, beverage, table requests) that might make each of the meals even more memorable. (primarily the first three, but suggestions for any of the restaurants would be sincerely appreciated).

I love the California Grill. My DH and I celebrated our anniversary there 2 years ago. The menu at the Cali Grill is everchanging but they always have the goat cheese ravoli for an appitizer.....simply amazing. I suggest that highly I get it everytime I go there. YUM
