Age Requirement?

Does anyone know the minimum age requirement for a kid/teen to enter one of the theme parks? I'm not asking opinions, but rather wondering if Disney actually has steadfast rules regarding such. Thanks in advance! :mickey:

You mean unescorted? In which case I still think the answer is no, obviously if a four year old wandered up to the gate with a ticket Security would probably get involved.

I don't know for sure, but I've never known a theme park to have unescorted age restriction.

I did read this somewhere on the WDW site but for the life of me cannot remember where or what I was looking at when I did. I believe it was 12.

I could see where a small child might be questioned without an adult there, but how would they know if a pre-teen was alone?

I found this in the 2010 Walt Disney World Birnbaum guide (p. 40):

Kids under 7 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the theme parks. Kids under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at the water parks.

I couldn't find anything on the disneyworld.com. 7 would be too young for me.
