Is this a good thing to do?

Here is my delemia.

I leave for WDW in 13 days flying in on SW and using DME.

Is it a good thing to do the on line check in?

We are scheduled to arrive at MCO at 3:15 pm and we have dining ADR's at Ragland Road at 6:15.

Will it speed thing up for us?

If it works well I may use it on the Next trip in December. 117 days away....

Check-in isn't normally the slowest part, it's waiting for the DME bus, the ride to WDW and then treansportation over to your destination.

It may be tight, but I think you will be fine, provided your plane isn't late. If you are delayed (layover's stink) then all bets are off.

Online check-in does speed things up quite a bit. Last year without online check-in, it took 30 minutes, this year with online check-in it took 10.

I would do online check-in. Figure it takes almost an hour to get to the resort from MCO. Then figure in factors such as flight delays, the time it takes in line for DME at the airport. Traffic that time of day. Amount of people in line at check-in at the resort (if not using online) Travel time from resort to DTD.

I'd definitely play it safe and do online check-in.
