Blogspot or Word Press?

In order to help ramp up the listenership for the sports talk podcast that my friend and I host, I've already started a Twitter and Facebook page. I'm now exploring a blog to keep our listeners informed/a place to show off our sportswriting. I've heard of both sites, but which one is more user friendly? Pros/cons to each site?

I have blogs on each, a personal blog on Blogspot and a group blog on Wordpress. The Blogspot was easier to set up on my own, but the Wordpress is better in my opinion. Once it is set up, it's a breeze to update (they both are) but offers more flexibility and features.
