CS breakfast

I've talked my DH into out of pocket pizza at Via Napoli for lunch one day, that leaves us with extra CS credits to use for breakfast (I personally hate breakfast but DH and DD are big breakfast eaters). Besides the resorts, where is the best place to get breakfast using CS? Can anyone tell me if they had breakfast at any of the following (and what they offer)? The following list came off of 2010 DDP list:
Sunshine Seasons-EPCOT
Main St. Bakery-MK
Fairfax Fare-HS
Starring Rolls-HS
Earl of Sandwich-DTD

I can only be of little help.
Sunshine Seasons does not open early enough to be considered breakfast.
The other places mentioned are basically for coffee and sweets, not my idea of breakfast.

As far as I know, Sunshine Seasons opens for breakfast when Epcot opens.

I'm not sure if it's on the list but we got a really nice breakfast (with good coffee) in January at Wolfgang Puck Express. I know you said, no resorts, but if you have a hankering for Tonga Toast, you can get it CS at Captain Cook's at the Poly.

At the Main St. Bake Shop, I think they also serve a egg/meat/croissant type sandwich. You can get some kind of egg/meat/cheese/carb concoction at Fairfax Fare (here it's on a bagel), Starring Rolls has lox and cream cheese on a bagel,
