Annual Passholder Rates for Oct ???

Does anybody have any idea when AP rates for October will be announced ?

There was a post a few weeks ago that history has between the last week of July and mid-August. I am waiting for the dates of 10/7-10/14. It is really going to be bad if they don't have them for our trip.
