discount on DVC rooms

Does anyone know how much of a discount DVC members can get on a DVC room if we are paying instead of using points?

25% if the discount is available, and it isn't always available. Right now that's less than every other discount that's out for DVC rooms (general public discount, AP discount, FL resident discount). Not such a great deal.
