"Official" word on entrance time for MNSSHP?

There have been discussions on the boards about MNSSHP guests having to wait until 7pm this year to get in, instead of the traditional 4pm entry. I know several posters have quoted from CMs, yet earlier this week a Disney Mom's Panel question discussed when to arrive for MNSSHP and the answer mentioned 4pm. Has anything "official" has been posted or released from WDW??

I was called by a CM to make sure I knew the ADR I have at Liberty Tree Tavern would require a MHSSHP ticket. I asked about the hard line entrance time of 7 PM and she informed me as of yet no memo had been issued changing the traditional 4 PM allowance.

It was nice of them to call to let me know i would not be able to stay if I did not have a pass.
