If we have an ADR at Chef Mickey's for dinner are we allowed to watch Wishes and the EWP from anywhere at the Contemporary?

There's a viewing area on the same floor as Chef Mickey's on the opposite end of the hallway from Chef Mickey's. When you leave Chef Mickey's, walk straight ahead, past all the shops until you come to the very end of the building and there is a balcony area where you can view the fireworks.
