Casey’s Corner- Magic Kingdom
This used to be a must-do for us; not anymore. The new recipe is awful. The bun is terrible in both its taste and constitution. It just crumbles apart. This is the same style bun they use for QS hamburgers now as well. I don’t buy the “we’re being more health-conscious” reason for the change. I think it must be cost cutting. If you are choosing to eat a hot dog or cheeseburger, you have already chosen to indulge. A wheat bun is not going to save you that many calories; the poor taste only forces you to smother the thing in condiments.Heart attack waiting to happen (http://family.webshots.com/photo/2150692710105306839eMWxYe])

The hot dog is now a mixture of chicken and beef rather than being all beef. It is kind of mushy and it was a struggle to finish, but we were really hungry. We also got corn dogs, which still tasted OK, and a side of fries. The most interesting part of the meal (and is a testament to my earlier statement) was the 15 cheese cups that were devoured by the three women at the table next to us. They would use a whole cup of cheese on one or two bites, then crumple them up and throw them off to the side as if they were dudes at a tailgate drinking beer cans. It was pretty funny.

Rosie’s All American Café- Hollywood Studios
We needed a quick bite to eat at 11am to hold us over and we were right by Sunset Blvd so we stopped here as soon as it opened. We split the standard 8 piece Chicken nugget with fries meal. The nuggets were good, very tender and juicy. Fries were crispy. Service was a bit slow but I think they were overwhelmed by the number of people who swarmed the line when it opened. There was only 1 cashier for the first 10 minutes.

Roaring Forks- Wilderness Lodge

We dined here twice, once for a late dinner and once for breakfast.
For dinner, DH got a very sad and underwhelming bacon cheeseburger (http://family.webshots.com/photo/2694489560105306839MTNKlM][IMG]http://thumb19.webshots.net/t/71/171/4/89/56/2694489560105306839MTNKlM_th.jpg). I got the pepperoni flatbread (http://family.webshots.com/photo/2913301380105306839ueYLfG) which was decent.
For breakfast DH got the standard breakfast pancake platter (http://family.webshots.com/photo/2971776170105306839yIuXNz), which was fine, and I got a croissant (http://family.webshots.com/photo/2482078400105306839tlcSVf), which tasted OK butdid not hold up to well. It started falling apart after the first bite.(our camera was starting to have issues that's why the croissant pic looks weird).

Honestly, I think the food courts in the values are one of the best things they have going for them. There's just not as much choice in the others, I guess because they have other nicer restaurants that they assume folks will go to.

Sunshine Seasons-Land Pavilion in EPCOT Futureworld

There are many good choices here. We had our dinner at Le Cellier later so we didn’t want a big meal. We split the Smoked Ham and Salami sandwich (http://family.webshots.com/photo/2600215390105306839BLjKoT). It’s served on Ciabatta bread and came with a side of pasta salad. We weren’t too crazy over the cold, clammy pasta, but the sandwich was delicious.

I love Sunshine Seasons. I've never understood the love for Casey's though. I will not eat CS at Hollywood Studios. YUCK!
