Next AP Release Dates?

Newer to the AP process and wondering when the next release of dates might be? I'm looking for November. Is there a time that they have been typically released?

The AP discount room only rates for Oct-Dec 2009 were released on 7/22/09. For Oct-Dec 2008 they were released on 8/13/08. So maybe any day now!
