I was wondering if any modifications were being made to the deck of the Wonder for the Alaskan cruises. My parents have been on 3 cruises to Alaska, all with different cruise lines, and all of the decks are enclosed. Even in the middle of June the high one day was 50 degrees. Is Disney planning on enclosing the top deck so that families could still enjoy the view without freezing? Thanks for any info on this!

No, they are not. I have sailed RCCL and Celebrity and their decks were not fully enclosed either. There are a few more enclosed areas on the Wonder, but not much.

On our first Alaska trip it was sooo warm! My kids were on the glacier in shorts! But it was mid-July

I just returned from an Alaskan Cruise with Royal Caribbean, and the upper deck was not enclosed. The temp was an average of 55, and it wasn't too bad. There were people outside in the pool and hot tub. They also had an indoor pool and hot tub as well, but there were no modifications to the ship for cruising in Alaska.
