Nov 2011 - 4-12 or 11-19?

We are already planning our November 2011 trip and need help deciding which week is the best to pick.

I am leaning toward 4-12 thinking it is far enough away from Thanksgiving that it will be less crowded.

I do like the 11-19th because it may have more Christmas decorations up. Also, we have a better chance at free dining if it is extended to November. I am afraid this week may be too crowded.

Anyone have any suggestions on the best week to shoot for?

Free dining was announced as being extended. Based on your dates Nov 12- 18 is when it is avail. Not sure how it would work out for you since your dates are a day longer on both ends. I would ask Magical Journey's about that. They can probably help you out with a solution there.:mickey:

11-19 is the week prior to Thanksgiving week. That's the week we usually go and it's GREAT! You will probably see an increase in crowds on the 18th & 19th, but prior to that the parks have very low crowds and short lines. The weather is perfect (lows in the mid 50's; high's in the high 70's). You're right about Christmas decorations (including Osborne Lights at DHS). This is a great week to go!

Thanks Disnamic Duo! I think we will plan for that week and keep our fingers crossed that I get either a PIN or free dinning. Even if we don't get any discounts, we will be there.
