CBR Check in

Hello,

Can we take our luggage on the internal bus at CBR or do we have to have the luggage delivered? We are trying to decide if we are going to check our luggage through or just pick it up at the airport and bring it ourselves to the Magical Express.

If your room is ready when you arrive, they'll drive you and your luggage to your room after you check in. Otherwise, you'll need to call to have your luggage delivered. Disney busses do not really have the capacity to have luggage brought aboard.

I'll politely disagree with faline. If Bell Services is busy, they won't give you a ride to your room with your luggage; they'll recommend that unless you want a long wait and sit at the Custom House until they can get to you, they'll hang on to your bags and deliver them later, and you can walk or take the internal shuttle to your room.

It is Disney policy to NOT allow luggage onto Disney Transport buses.

If you have concerns about using Disney's Magical Express' luggage delivery, please share those concerns and I might be able to address them to your satisfaction.:mickey:

Thank you for your help. It looks like we will have Disney Express deliver the luggage since we can't take the luggage on the bus. We will pack what we need in our carryons. We had always stayed at Pop Century and just grabbed our luggage instead of waiting.
