Spring Discounts?

Hey all, so I know Iam asking this wayyyyyyyy to soon but when do they usually release promotions and offers for spring(2011)? Do you think it would be out in December or January or when? That is assuming that there will be discounts, Im keeping my fingers crossed.:thumbsup:

You might be able to glean some information by looking at the historic discounts (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/discounts/historicdiscounts.asp)and when they were announced.
